Deerfields Bakery is looking for a detail oriented and hardworking customer service representative. Great customer service skills is a must. Our ideal employee will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, friendly personality, and be able to balance a variety of tasks. You will be primarily at a desk but quite often interacting with retail and production staff which will require you to go up and down stairs multiple times a day.

Computer skills are required (such as Excel, Word, emailing, scanning, saving photos and QuickBooks experience a plus).

Customer Service Representative experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their orders in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Provide recommendations and guidance on our vast selection of delicious baked goods
• Process payments and manage transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with our talented bakers and decorators for new designs and customized pricing
• Set up and conduct Wedding Tastings and Consultations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting
• A passion for providing exceptional service and making people smile
• Knowledge or interest in baked goods and desserts is a sweet bonus!

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Rotating Saturday 9am-1pm
